- Be on time – Join your class at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time
- Use headphones – This helps you hear the teacher clearly and avoid background noise
- Keep a notebook – Write down difficult words and practice them later
- Be respectful – Listen to your teacher carefully and ask questions politely
- Practice daily – Even 10 minutes of practice between classes makes a big difference
- Speak clearly – Let your teacher hear your recitation properly

Our teachers are the heart of our academy. These are our core expectations:

🕌 How do I know if my child is progressing well?
We conduct monthly assessments and share progress reports every 4th Saturday. Parents also receive a schedule for one-on-one meetings with teachers. If you ever have concerns, please use the complaint form above—we respond within 24 hours.
⏰ What if my child misses a class?
Please inform your teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. We allow up to 2 makeup classes per month. Classes missed without prior notice cannot be rescheduled.
💰 Can I get a refund if I cancel my enrollment?
We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Fees are non-refundable for the current month, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period. Please contact our admin team for cancellation requests.
👩🏫 Can I request a specific teacher (male or female)?
Yes! We have both male and female teachers available. Female students and young girls can request female teachers for modesty and comfort. Please mention your preference during registration.
🌍 Do you offer classes for different time zones?
Absolutely! Our teachers are available 24/7 across all time zones. Students from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries can choose timings that suit their schedule.
