For Students
Welcome to your Quran learning journey. Kindly go through the following points for a fruitful learning experience:
- Be on Time: You are supposed to be in your class at least 2 minutes before the starting time of the class
- Headphones: Mandatory to maintain focus while listening to the Quran
- Notebook: Keep a notebook handy to jot down the words which you find difficult and practice them
- Respect: Show respect to your teacher and seek clarification whenever needed
- Daily Practice: Practice the Quran at least for 10 minutes daily to make optimum progress
- Clarity: Always try to be clear while reciting the Quran so that the teacher can understand you

For Parents
A parent's role is critical in the Quran learning journey of the kids. As a parent, you play a dual role of a motivator and a monitor. Here is a guideline to help you monitor your child's progress:
- Make sure that your child attends the classes regularly
- Maintain a peaceful atmosphere at home devoid of any distractions
- Get updates from your child about what they have learned in the class
- Keep in touch with the teachers through the monthly parent-teacher meet
- Motivate your child to learn Quran by rewarding them
- Try and practice Quran with your child
Note: We arrange Monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings every 4th Saturday to interact with the teachers. It would be great if you could spare some time.

For Teachers
Teachers form the backbone of any educational institution and Quran Academy is not an exception. The following guidelines are expected to be followed by all the teachers:
- Be punctual and be at least 3 minutes before the starting time of the classes
- Must prepare the lesson plan before coming to the academy
- Must be patient enough to deal with the students
- Keep track of the progress of every student by maintaining records
- Update the parents regarding the class progress
- Focus on teaching Tajweed to the students as it is the most important aspect of Quran learning

Attendance Policy
Consistency is the key to mastering any skill and Quran learning is not different from that. Following are the attendance instructions:
- Your child is expected to be regular in all the classes
- In case of 3 consecutive missed classes, the schedule will be reworked
- We recommend at least 90% or more monthly attendance for better Quran learning
- Kids with 100% monthly attendance will be awarded

Makeup Class & Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, unavoidable circumstances might crop up and you might not be able to make it for the class. We understand that and have incorporated the following policies:
- Inform the teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled time if you cannot make it for the class
- A maximum of 2 makeup classes are allowed in a month
- The makeup class must be scheduled within the same month
- If someone cancels the class without informing the teacher in advance, it will not be rescheduled
- If you are not going to renew the package, you are required to inform us 30 days before

Fee & Payment Policy
The fee is structured in a way that it seems affordable to you. Following are some payment terms and conditions that we follow:
- The payment is due on the 1st day of the month
- There is a 5-day leeway after the due date
- Late fee @ USD 5 will be levied after 5 days
- The payment can be made directly to the bank account or through Wise or Remitly
- You will be given a 10% discount on the 2nd child and so on for siblings.

๐ How do I know if my child is progressing well?
We conduct monthly assessments and share progress reports every 4th Saturday. Parents also receive a schedule for one-on-one meetings with teachers. If you ever have concerns, please use the complaint form aboveโwe respond within 24 hours.
โฐ What if my child misses a class?
Please inform your teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. We allow up to 2 makeup classes per month. Classes missed without prior notice cannot be rescheduled.
๐ฐ Can I get a refund if I cancel my enrollment?
We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Fees are non-refundable for the current month, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period. Please contact our admin team for cancellation requests.
๐ฉโ๐ซ Can I request a specific teacher (male or female)?
Yes! We have both male and female teachers available. Female students and young girls can request female teachers for modesty and comfort. Please mention your preference during registration.

Absolutely! Our teachers are available 24/7 across all time zones. Students from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries can choose timings that suit their schedule.
